About Me

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania advised by Professor Mayur Naik. My research interests lie at the intersection of programming languages and machine learning. My current research focuses on 1) the design and implementation of Scallop, a neurosymbolic programming language, and 2) its applications in diverse fields including natural language processing, computer vision, and medicine. Through the neurosymbolic paradigm, I aim to create AI solutions that are accurate, explainable, and efficient, addressing both theoretical challenges and real-world needs. I was selected as a 2023 Rising Star in EECS and was a Visiting Student Researcher at Meta AI during 2022-23.
