The London Mathematical Society announces a new electronic journal:

		The LMS Journal of Computation and Mathematics.

The scope of the journal will include all disciplines on the border between
Mathematics and Computation.  This includes the whole of theoretical computer
science, broadly interpreted.  The electronic format will allow rapid
publication; moreover, papers may carry attached programs, databases, proof
scripts, etc., if appropriate.

The journal will be rigorously refereed to the high standard of the Society's
existing periodicals.  It will be archived by the Society to ensure 
that the material is available into the indefinite future.

The London Mathematical Society is the major British learned society for
Mathematics, with a nationwide membership.
