I'm seeking a copy of Alan Mycroft's 1981 Edinburgh Ph.D. thesis, "Abstract
Interpretation and Optimizing Transformations for Applicative Programs".  My
usual sources (Albert's files and the MIT LCS/AI reading room) have failed; do
any local types-attendees have a copy that they could loan me for a short
while?
